Disconnect all USB devices connected to the computer

Turn off Fast Boot
- Go to Device Manager and locate your Vectra BIOS.
- Right-click it and choose Properties.
- Go to the Power Management tab.
- Set Power Management options to either Maximum performance or Maximum Battery Saving.
- Click OK to save the changes.
Check BIOS version
- Download the Vectra BIOS Update Utility.
- Select the BIOS file you are updating.
- Click Save.
- Check if the BIOS version is updated.
Update BIOS
- Ensure that you have the latest BIOS version for your system from the Vectra website.
- Check whether your PC supports the BIOS upgrade.
- Download the firmware and unzip it.
- Open your browser and type in the BIOS version and select the latest one from the search results.
- Right-click on the downloaded zip file and select Extract All.
- Open the folder containing the extracted files.
- Click on the Setup.exe.
