Run SFC and DISM scans
- To run SFC scan, press Windows + X and select Command prompt (Admin).

Install the latest updates
- Open Run’s Windows accessory with the Windows key + R hotkey.
- Input †̃update’ in Run’s Open box and press Return.
- Then, press the Install updates button if the updates are available.
- To open the Windows Update troubleshooter, press the Troubleshoot settings button in Windows Update.
- Next, select Windows Update.
- Select the Run the troubleshooter button.
- Then, press the Next button.
- Press the View details button if a troubleshooter is available.
- Select the Apply this fix button if a solution is offered.
- Then, press the Next button.
- Press the Finish button to close the troubleshooter.
Perform a clean boot
- First, click on Start and type msconfig in the search box.
- Select the System Configuration option.
- Check for the Selective startup option, and click on the Disable all button.
- Now, click on the Services tab.
