Run the SFC scan

Run the command Windows
10 Search, type cmd, right-click Run as administrator, and select Command prompt. - Execute the sfc/scannow command.
- Press the Enter key.

Check for hidden file extensions
- Open your Outlook.
- Go to File > Options > Advanced > Uncheck the box for Hide extensions for known file types.
- Disable Protected Mode
Press the Windows key + R key to open Run. - Type “outlook.exe /safe” in Run’s command line and press Enter.
- Restart Outlook.
Run the Repair Office program
- Click Start and type Office or Office 2007 in the Search bar.
- Select Office or Office 2007 in the Search bar.
- Click Repair.
- Select the Repair option.
- Follow on-screen guidelines to complete the repair process.
Re-register the outlook 2007
- To re-register the outlook 2007, open the Outlook 2007 and click on the File tab.
- Select the Account option.
- Click on the Change option.
- Now, click on the Change account settings.
- Click on Advanced tab.
- Click on Add button or just press Enter.
- Now, the Add an account window opens.
- Choose the Manually configure server settings or additional server types option.
- Now, enter outlook.office365.com in the Incoming mail server field.
- Enter the outgoing mail server as smtp.office365.com.
- Make sure the box Include this server as a trusted sender is checked.
- Click on the More Settings button.
- Now, select the Advanced tab.
- Under the Outgoing Server section, click on the Outgoing Server tab.
- Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication with the radio button.
- Select the Use same settings as my incoming server option.
- Click on the Advanced tab.
- Under the Outgoing Server section, click on the Outgoing Server tab.
- Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication with the radio button.
- Select the Use same settings as my incoming server option.
