Turn off .NET’s Compatibility Mode
- Open Control Panel.
- Select Programs.
- Right-click on Microsoft .NET 4.6.2 and select Uninstall.
- Once done, restart your computer and install the .NET framework again.
- Uninstalling Exchange 2013 and reinstalling it again
Open Control Panel. - Go to Programs.
- Select Uninstall a Program.
- Locate the Exchange 2013, right click it, and select Uninstall.
- Reboot your computer and reinstall Exchange.
Disable the firewall
- Launch the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security utility.
- Click Windows Defender Firewall.

Check Windows updates

- Locate the Maximum processor state option and change it to Maximum processor state (high performance).
Delete the iisstart.config file
- To do that, type %windir%system32 in the search box > click System32.
- Locate the iisstart.config file > delete it.
- Restart your computer.
