Check the Event Viewer
- To open the Event Viewer, right-click Start and select Control Panel.
- Click on Administrative Tools.
- Select Event Viewer.
- Click on Windows Logs.
- Click on Applications.
- Click on Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Select Microsoft Exchange Information Store.
- Click on Microsoft Exchange Information Store (Global Assembly Cache).
- Select the Last Known Good Configuration.
Use Server Manager
- Open Server Manager by right-clicking on the Start menu and then clicking Manage from the context menu.
- Choose Manage, and then Add Roles and Features.
- Select Role-based or feature-based installation, click Next, and then click Next again.

- Type ncpa.cpl and click OK.

- Click the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
- Click the Properties button.
- Click the Advanced button.
- Select the DNS tab.
- Click the Validate Settings button.
- Select No, not now.
- Click OK, then OK again.
- Restart your router.
