Reset your network connection
- Go to Start > type command prompt > right-click on Command prompt > click Run as administrator
- Type ipconfig /release /renew
- Type ipconfig /renew
- Remove and re-add your network connection
Perform a clean boot
- Press Windows Key + R and enter msconfig. Now press Enter or click OK.
- When System Configuration window opens, navigate to Services tab.
- Now locate Network Adapters service and double click it.
- In the Startup type dropdown menu select Disabled and click on Apply and OK.
- After doing that, restart your computer.
Repair the Windows system files
- Press and hold the †̃Win’ and †̃R’ keys on your keyboard.
- Type †̃sfc /scannow’ in the Run box and press Enter.
- The System File Checker will start scanning the PC.
- Wait until the scanning process is complete.

- Select Network Adapter from the options listed.
