Disconnect and reconnect the Game Client

Clean Boot your PC

- Restart your PC.
- Reset your PC

Change your Game Client settings
- Go to MMO, and select Game Settings.
- Go to Graphics, and select DirectX.
- Change it from Default Hardware to Any Hardware.
Change your firewall settings
- Open Windows Firewall
- Click on Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall
- Select Allowed services
- Add your MMO game as an exception
Clean install your Game Client
- To clean install your game client, simply uninstall it and restart your PC.
- After restarting, sign in your PlayFab account and reinstall the game client again.
- Once done, you will see if the game client now runs smoothly.
- Sometimes, corrupted files can cause the game client to slow down.
- To optimize your PC, run an antivirus scan on your PC.
- Make sure that the antivirus scan gets rid of any malware or virus on your PC.
- Ensure that you are running the latest version of the game client on your PC.
- To update the game client, simply launch the game client on your PC.
- On the left pane, click on Game.
- In the right pane, click on Settings.
- Click on Server Status.
- You will get the latest server status of the game.
- If the server status shows the game to be offline, then simply restart your PC and try launching the game again.
- Check if the game client launches smoothly now.
Increase your Game Client’s priority
- Go to Task Manager > right click on “My Computer” > select “Properties”
- Click on the “Task Manager” tab > select the “Processes” tab.
- Select the “3DM.exe” and see if you can find the Priority field.
- Set the “3DM.exe” priority to High > click “OK”
