Check if the printer is installed
- If printer is installed, make sure printer is connected to a network port, and it is plugged into the router properly.
- If printer is still not printing, try resetting the router.
Disable IPv6
- Open Command prompt as administrator.
- Run the following command: netsh interface ipv6 set global autotuninglevel=disabled
- Disable IPv6 in Control Panel
Open Control Panel. - Click Network and Internet.
- Click Network and Sharing Center.
- Click Change adapter settings.
- Right-click your local area network (LAN) connection.
- Click Properties.
- Click Configure.
- Click Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).
- Click Disable.
- Close the Network Connections window.
Change the computer name
