Unfortunately, some users have posted that they’re not able to turn their Glo Warm heaters on.

Check the modem
- Turn off the modem, unplug the power cable, and wait for at least 30 seconds.
- Turn on the modem and plug the power cable back in.
Check Internet speed
- Some users have reported Internet speed issues, which could be the cause of their problem.
To check the speed of your Internet connection, press the Windows key + S, type network, and click on the relevant search result.
- Now, click on the View network status and tasks option.
- Select the Wi-Fi tab, and your Internet speed will be displayed.
Update drivers
- Press Windows + R to launch the Run dialog.
- Type devmgmt.msc in the text field and click OK or press Enter.
- Locate the Display adapters section, right-click your display adapter and select Update driver.
Check if firewall software is running
- Open Control Panel > select System and Security.
- Click Windows Firewall, then click Advanced settings.
- Click Open Windows Firewall with Advanced Security.
- Click Inbound Rules, then find Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall and click Add.
- Click Browse to locate the modfire.exe file and select it.
- Click Open.
- Select Allow the connection.
- Go back to the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security window, then click Outbound Rules.
- Click Add, then select a program or feature and click Next.
- Click Browse, then locate the modfire.exe file
- Select it, then click Open.
- Select Allow the connection.
- Check if Modfire is running
- Open Task Manager > select Processes tabs.
- Find Modfire.exe > right-click it > choose Go To File.
- Look for Modfire.exe in the folder where the program is installed
- Right-click it > choose Open File Location
Check for updates
- Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.
- Navigate to Update & Security.
- Select the Windows Update option.
- Check the available updates.
- Click the Update button.
Perform a hard reset
- Press the Power button on your Glo Warm heater.
- Press the Power button again.
- Hold the Power button for 10 seconds until the heater turns off.
- Wait for 30 seconds.
- Press the Power button again.
Perform a Factory Reset
- Press the Home button on your remote
- Navigate to System Settings
- Select System > System Settings
- Locate the Reset option
- Select Reset
- This will automatically perform a factory data reset
- After resetting, check if the glo warm heaters are working
