Disable the Overlays

Open the File Explorer
Go to View and select Options
Go to View tab and click on Advanced settings
Uncheck the Use hardware acceleration when available box - Reset the Registry
- Remove and reinstall the Registry Editor
Run the System File Checker
- Step 1: Click on Start
- Step 2: Type cmd
- Step 3: Right-click on Command prompt and select Run as Administrator
- Step 4: Type sfc /scannow and press Enter

Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager from the list.
Now locate your display driver and right-click it. Choose Uninstall device from the menu.
If available, check Delete the driver software for this device and click OK.
