Run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool
- Open the Start menu.
- Type dxdiag in the Search box.
- Right-click on the dxdiag.exe option and select the Run as administrator option.
- Select the DirectX tab.
- Go to the Display tab.
- Press the Start button (red circle).
Update the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package
- To do this, open Run by pressing the Windows key + R hotkey.
- Input †̃appwiz.cpl’ in the Open box.
- Select the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package (x64) option in the Programs list.
