- Click OK to save the changes.

Check the server port
- First, open the Windows Control Panel.
- Click View by and select Large icons.
- Double-click the Network and Internet option to open the window directly below.
- Double-click the Network and Sharing Center option.
- Then click the Change adapter settings option.
- Select the Wi-Fi adapter option as in the snapshot directly below.
- Right-click the adapter and select Properties.
- Click the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) option.
- Then check the Enabled box.
- Click the TCP/IPv4 Properties button.
- Select the Use the following IP address option.
- Enter localhost in the IP address box, and enter the 255.255.255.0 Subnet Mask box.
- Select the Use the following DNS server address option.
- Enter 8.8.8.8 in the Preferred DNS Server box, and enter 8.8.4.4 in the Alternate DNS Server box.
- Click the OK button.
Check DNS settings
- Open Command prompt as administrator as with the other methods.
- Enter ipconfig/release and press Enter.
- Exit the Command prompt.
- Open Command prompt as administrator.
- Enter the following command: netsh interface tcp show state
Check network connectivity
- Open Control Panel and navigate to Network and Sharing Center.
- Click Change Adapter Settings and select your active network.
- Right-click on the problematic network and choose Properties from the menu.
- Now, go to Advanced tab and check Internet Connection Firewall.
- If necessary, change settings here and try again.
