Check the latest graphics card driver
- Download the latest graphics card driver from the card manufacturer’s website.
- Installing the latest drivers will resolve most of the common issues.
Run SFC and DISM scan
- Press Windows + S and type cmd.
- Right-click on Command prompt and choose Run as administrator.
- Now, type sfc/scannow and press the Return key.

Repair the DxDiag file
- Go to this address: C:\Windows\System32DxDiag
- Press the Win+R keys on your keyboard and type dxdiag.

- In the Save As dialog box, enter dxdiag.inf in the File name box.

Update Windows
- Open the Settings app with the Windows key + I shortcut.
- Select the Update & Security option.
- Click the Check for updates button.
