Disable the Windows Defender Firewall
- Open the Settings app and go to Update & Security section.
- Open the Windows Defender section.
- Select Open Windows Defender Security Center and click on the Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off link.
- In the Windows Defender Firewall section, deselect the box next to Turn on Windows Defender Firewall (recommended) and click on OK.
- Restart your computer.
- Disable any third-party firewall and antivirus software
- Open Search and type firewall.
- Open Windows Firewall
- Double-click Inbound Rules
- Select Action
- Select New Rule
- Select Port then click Next
- Select Specific local ports and type 9090
- Select Allow the connection
Run SFC and DISM
- Try the SFC and DISM commands. To do that, open Command prompt as the administrator.
