- Download DSPlayer.
- Launch the application.
- Navigate to the File option.
- Select Create virtual CD-ROM.
- Insert the CD into the drive.
- Open the Windows.
- Click Start.
- Select Control Panel.
- Select Add or Remove Programs.
- Locate the DSPlayer.
- Click the Remove option.
- Check the box for Delete the files from my computer.

Run SFC and DISM

Change the boot order
- Press Windows key + R to open the Run window, type in msconfig, and click OK.
- Select the Boot tab in the left pane.
- Uncheck the checkbox for CD-ROM or DVD-ROM.
- Click OK to save the changes.
- Restart your PC.
Run the DISM tool
- Open Search, type cmd, and run Run as administrator under Command prompt.
- Input the command below for the DISM tool, and press the Enter key: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
- Wait for the DISM tool to scan and remove any corrupted files.
- Run the tool again, and input the following command, followed by the Enter key: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- Press the Enter key and wait for the DISM tool to scan and remove any corrupted files.
Mark the boot partition as active
- Press Windows Key + I to open Settings.
- Select System, then Advanced system settings.
- Open Advanced tab, then Startup and Recovery.
- Locate your boot partition, then right-click it and choose Mark this partition as active.
Perform a Clean boot
- Press the Windows key + R and hotkey.
- Type msconfig in the Open box and click OK.
- Select the Services tab at the top.
- Select the Hide all Microsoft services checkbox here, and click the Disable all button.
- Click Apply and OK to save changes.
- Select Selective startup on the General tab.
- Select the Load system services and Load startup services checkboxes.
- Click the Services tab.
- Select the Hide all Microsoft services checkbox.
- Click the Disable all button.
- Click Apply and OK to save changes.
- Select Restart now from the General tab.
- Select Troubleshoot, then Advanced options.
- Select Startup Repair.
