Rename the 02a2 bmc file
- Open File Explorer.
- Navigate to the Documents and Settings folder.
- Locate the Local Settings folder, then inside it, go to the Application Data folder.
- In here, locate the 02a2 bmc file, right-click it and choose Rename.
- Rename it and, afterwards, try starting Bmc again.
- Reset the 02a2 bmc file permissions
- Navigate to the Documents and Settings folder.
- Inside it, go to the Local Settings folder.
- In here, locate the 02a2 bmc file, right-click it and choose Properties.
